4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in our refund policy. Annual plans are discounted as a benefit of long-term commitment.

5. Free Trial

New organizations may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the service. Failure to select a plan may result in the suspension of your organization's access.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to bypass any security measures or reverse engineer the browser extension.
Use the service to store sensitive personal information beyond what is required for administration.

PolicyGuard AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Data Protection
